Access to Island Cottage is from The Warren, part of the South West walk, and is situated just 2 minutes walk from the main part of the village, with its variety of shops, pubs and restaurants. The area is peaceful and traffic-free, therefore the only sound you will hear is the sea.

Island Cottage Polperro is a 16th century 2 storey, 5 Star, luxury cottage apartment, located just a few feet from the entrance to the harbour of Polperro, with panoramic beach, sea and harbour views. Polperro remains a working fishing harbour, and most days you will see boats arrive with their catch.
Island Cottage is located on the ground and first floor of the historic Island House. Built in 1603, Island House was first used as a defense look-out, and later as the Customs House during the smuggling years.

Polperro is the perfect all-year-round location. With a superb, mild climate, there is so much to see and do. Easily accessible by road, rail, and airports at Newquay, Plymouth and Exeter International.
